Rex Grady is a graduate of University of California, San Diego, and possesses masters degrees from that institution and the University of New Brunswick. He graduated cum laude from Empire College of Law and has served on the faculty there for the past ten years as professor of Constitutional Law and Legal History.
Mr. Grady represents clients in personal injury and other types of civil litigation on the plaintiff’s side. He has served as lead and co-trial counsel in numerous cases, including Flores v. State of California, which resulted in a 10 million dollar jury verdict in favor of his clients, and Perez v. Safety-Kleen, in which he wrote the prevailing federal appellate brief. He is currently admitted to all the State and Federal Courts in California, and has litigated throughout the United States.
