Biography
Desraeli Fiedler has extensive experience in litigation with a focus on foreclosures, post-foreclosure evictions, fraudulent real estate transactions and mortgage rescue scams. Before joining Smith Dollar, Mr. Fiedler worked as the Foreclosure Intervention Specialist Staff Attorney for California Rural Legal Assistance. As the leader of its Foreclosure Working Group, he provided training to staff, updating them on pending legislation and emerging issues in foreclosure law.
During law school, Mr. Fiedler worked as a law clerk specializing in tax law, business transactions and litigation. He worked on a variety of matters including criminal tax cases, formation of trusts and bank acquisitions.
