The firm has extensive experience preparing employment contracts, non-disclosure, and severance agreements and employee handbooks.
We also advise businesses on a wide variety of employment law issues, including wage and hour, employee leaves of absence, employee relations, layoffs, disability accommodation, terminations, and guide employers through harassment and discrimination complaint investigations. Our attorneys prepare and present training seminars on these and other employment issues. Our attorneys also provide on-site consulting and pre-inspection services for safety and environmental issues, including Cal-OSHA compliance.

Collective Bargaining Agreements
