A corporate officer to multiple corporations and small business owner himself, Dave’s extensive business and legal background encompasses multiple areas including employment, construction, business, corporate, real estate and transactional.  Dave is a litigator, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in small to complex cases in all aspects of litigation, mediation, arbitration and trial.  He enjoys the challenge of using his skill and abilities to obtain the best results possible for his clients; among them including, wineries, investment banking firms, construction companies, lending corporations, large and small business owners, and commercial and residential property buyers and sellers.

Dave has prepared and conducted legal seminars in the areas of Anti-SLAPP, Wage & Hour, Harassment Prevention, Lorman Construction Lien Law Seminar, and most recently obtained Judgment in his client’s favor in a construction-related failure to pay case.
