Paul Nathan's practice is limited to litigation and trials in all areas of civil law. He has litigated and tried cases throughout California.
Paul’s approach to a case is learning his client’s story by spending time with his clients to understand their position beyond the law. He believes all cases and trials are about the story, no matter who you are trying the case to, jury, judge, or arbitrator. The story gives the jury, judge, or arbitrator a reason to care about the outcome of the case.
He is rated AV Preeminent Award from Martindale Hubbell and one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in California by the National Trial Lawyers.
Additionally, he is a 2012 graduate of the Trial Lawyers College. Paul Nathan does not represent insurance companies.
Paul Nathan is a fifth generation San Franciscan who now lives in Marin County with his wife, daughter, three rescue dogs, and three rescue cats. He also serves as legal counsel to the Neigh Savers Foundation, a non-profit that saves racehorses being sent to slaughter and retrains them as show horses.
